Elchonon Moshe Nachmanson is one of the authors of the Sefer Iter Bahalacha (or something like that - Halachos for lefties), his contact info. should be in the Sefer. I believe he lives in Rechovot, Israel. I don't have the Sefer in front of me, sorry :(
